I was just about to plunge into a hot bath this morning, in fact my feet were already in it, when Ipeered out of the window and saw two legs emerging from one of the heavy pregnant girls. Threw on a bathrobe, grabbed the telephone and put Chas on high alert in the office to fetch cria and mother in once it had been born. It is a fawn boy by Dovecote Jaquinto from an older white Aussie girl Serena and it was one of those cria that come out running. We have some snow here and it is very damp so the two of them are in the barn until the cria has suckled and is absolutely steady on its feet. There goes my theory that the girls birth later in the spring. She was bang on 11 months.
I have got really bad red eye on the mother. I asked photoshop to fix it but it declined and I have no idea how you do it manually.

Fingers crossed we have a month to get before our first babe of the year is born, whilst we have no snow up north it is absolutely freezing.

Re red eye – my guru claims the latest version of Photoshop Elements has a remove red eye facility. I wouldn’t know !
