This was our first show of the season and we were very pleased to get the Reserve White Male Huacaya Champion with our Paris son CME Andante. The champion white male was a CCNF Talon of CME son Bozedown Rembrandt ll who took Supreme as well. Our other whites were all placed, the junior female Cadenza was third, the other junior male fourth, the intermediate female second and the adult female, the amazingly calm Cecilia first. The colours were all placed except one and our junior male fawn Sarabande won his class. Note the musical names, the 2013 theme for naming alpacas. There were nine progeny groups, one very full ring, and we were fourth, so that was good. The judge was Peter Kennedy an AOBA and AAA class, he was quick, thorough, good oral reasoning, what more could you ask really.
Another of the jointly owned USA males MFI Dynamics scored a championship with a Bozedown girl who won the Light Championship, hurrah for the American boys.
