Chas’s giant booklet of forms and information on the Futurity emerged from the printers today in a fetching shade of British Racing Green. It has gone off to the mailing house in Taunton so should be with you by the middle of next week. Fill in those forms AT ONCE!! Actually you probably should get on with it to escape the VAT rise on January 4.
I will experience the horror of the Channel tunnel tomorrow, I have to read something to stop the panic. And the relief when we emerge into the light at the other end is marvellous. We are going to Belinda’s alpaca show in Namur. It is the first show she has ever organised and it must have put years on her as the civil servant in charge of the site pulled the plug at the last minute. He’ll be off her Christmas card list. Nothing stops Belinda however and she has a different and better place to hold the show – hurrah. I am hoping to get some shopping done as we need some fizz for Christmas and hopefully I’ll fall over some unusual presents for the boys. Which is more important – shopping or alpacas?
