Sadly, we could not make the British Alpaca Society National Show last weekend as we had our UK Alpaca hats on and were exhibiting our alpaca yarns at the Stitch Festival in London. But two of our intermediate girls, Classical MileEnd Margot and Classical MileEnd Mignon, were there as BAS judge Jo Bridge of Hilly Bridge Alpacas had bought them last autumn and decided to show them. Mignon, a fawn, was third in her class and Margot, a light, was second in a highly contested class so old and new owners were thrilled.

A new soon-to-be a member of our stud male team, the fawn Beck Brow Turbocharged, was also shown and was second in his class. He has a habit of coming second as he was second as a junior at the National in 2024.

It is really good to get into the top three at the National as over five hundred of the best British alpacas are on show there.
