We have got over the first hurdle with the 2011 fleece collection as it has all been scoured and is now at the top makers for the next job. It is always frustratingly slow but hopefully it will be out in a few weeks and at the spinners. This time we will be making a lot of weaving and machine knitting yarns as well as hand knit and looking forward to seeing some glorious baby alpaca/silk yarns. I can’t wait. We need to get on with it as we are at Wonderwool at the end of April and have booked into quite a few yarn shows. We’ll be doing a bit less alpaca showing because of that as I don’t want to be away every weekend. After all there are alpacas and lots of cria coming to gaze at in the fields.
