The doctor put me on some different pills that have resulted in a collapsed Rachel for the last three days. They made me feel absolutely terrible and sent my blood sugar soaring in every direction. I stopped taking them on Friday and I’m slowly recovering. My appetite is coming back but still feeling very weedy and have to sit down a lot. It is a shame because it has been very beautiful here, dry and sunny, ideal weather for a walk on the beach. Chas has had to do the cooking for three days as I have been sat around all floppy and hopeless. I have lots of work to do so I am hoping that tomorrow and I will be back on rather more than one cylinder.
